Remy brings over 15 years of real estate experience spanning development and capital markets, including nearly a decade at Greystar, ranked the nation's top multifamily developer by the National Multifamily Housing Council. At Greystar, Remy led all residential development in the Houston region, spanning conventional, attainable, and tax-credit multifamily as well as build-for-rent communities. He was also involved in Greystar's industrial development.
Remy began his career at Comerica Bank, where he specialized in construction loan financing for institutional-grade developers across all major asset classes and ended his time there as an AVP. He holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, where he played on the baseball team.
